How do I place an order?
To order, simply select the product(s) you want by clicking add to cartbutton on the selected product. When you have finished shopping just click on my cart and follow the steps. You do not need to create an account, you may 'check out as guest'. Fill in your personal shipping details, select postage option etc…
Where are you located and is local pick-ups available?
We are located in Australia, Sydney -(Canterbury Suburb) Lakemba 2195. We accept pick-ups on online orders via appointments only. Please SMS +61432029028 to organise a time and day to collect your parcel.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept Direct Bank Deposit/Credit Card for Australian customers OR PAYPAL funds for both Australian and international customers.
How do I find a product?
There are various ways of finding a product. You can browse our online store through categories by clicking on the main menu button links to find what you are looking for, OR you can also click on 'Search' and type a search term related to what you are looking for and all corresponding results will be displayed.
How do I track my order?
If your order has been posted via registered post, you can track your order by browsing Australia Post. For regular service, tracking number is not available and delivery details are out of our control.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
What if the item I purchased is not exactly identical to what I see online?
All items are manufactured by hand OR machine. This means that no two items are exactly the same. There may be slight variations in thread color, fabric color and fabric texture. We promise, however, that any variations are slight and minimal.
